NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 11, 2018, entered in Civil Case No.: 17000920CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, Plaintiff, and JOSEPH J.MCGRATH A/K/A JOE MCGRATH; CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA. are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 7th day of May, 2018, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 2832, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 45, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5 AT PAGES 56A THROUGH 56E, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale.
