Final Judgment was awarded on April 11, 2018 in Civil Case No. 17000040CA, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein, WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE OF STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST A is the Plaintiff, and EDUARD A BAEUMLISBERGER; LYME TERRACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Roger D. Eaton will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com on May 30, 2018 at 11:00 AM the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

BOAT SPACE #13, LYME TERRACE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM SUBDIVISION AS SHOWN AND DEFINED IN THE SURVEY, PLOT PLAN AND GRAPHIC DESCRIPTION OF IMPROVEMENTS THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 5, PAGES 23A THROUGH 23D, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA
