NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 11, 2018, entered in Case No. 17000370CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Margarette E. Burke, Deceased; Forest Burke; Charlotte County, Florida; Elizabeth Bowling; Mary Burke are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the May 10th, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25, BLOCK 1340, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION SECTION 11, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4 AT PAGES 22A, 22B, 22C, 22D, AND 22E OF PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
