NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 11, 2018, and entered in Case No. 17000521CA of the Circuit Court in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS LEGAL TITLE TRUSTEE FOR TRUMAN 2016 SC6 TITLE TRUST is Plaintiff and GOLDEN TEE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; CHERYL A. SZUNIEWICZ A/K/A CHERYL SZUNIEWICZ; CATHERINE M. EYSENBACH; MR. MARCITE, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHERYL A. SZUNIEWICZ A/K/A CHERYL SZUNIEWICZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CATHERINE M. BOOK 1173, PAGE 1976, AS AMENDED, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 23A THROUGH 23H, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
