Unit 201, Phase 4 (Building B4), THE HAMMOCKS-PRESERVE, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 3069, Pages 1658 through 1820, inclusive, and all amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 16, Pages 2A through 2F, inclusive, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Commonly known as 8560 Amberjack Circle, Unit 201, Englewood, FL 34224, has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Shawn G. Brown as Frazier & Brown, Attorneys at Law, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 202 S. Rome, Suite 125, Tampa, FL 33606, (813) 603-8600, on or before May 24, 2018 (or 30 days from the first date of publication, whichever is later) and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
