NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Default Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 6, 2018, in Case No. 2017 CC 2583 the undersigned Clerk of Court of Manatee County, Florida, will, on May 8, 2018, at 11:00 a.m., via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com offer for public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property located in Manatee County, Florida:
Unit 7494, Building 6 of Eagle Creek III, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1145, Pages 6 through 70, inclusive, and all amendments thereto, and as per Condominium Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 19, pages 198 through 201, inclusive, and all amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
