NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 29, 2018, entered in Case No. 2017CA001636AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and David C. Kovach a/k/a David Charles Kovach ; Unknown Spouse of David C. Kovach a/k/a David Charles Kovach; Highland Ridge Homeowners' Association of Manatee County, Inc. are the Defendants, that Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 15th day of May, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25, HIGHLAND RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 55 THROUGH 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
