NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 12th day of April, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2017CA003661, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein MTGLQ INVESTORS, L.P., is the Plaintiff and BRIAN SCOTT WILSON A/K/A BRIAN S. WILSON; GREENFIELD PLANTATION HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; SUNTRUST BANK; BRENDA MARIE WILSON A/K/A BRENDA M. WILSON A/K/A BRENDA M. RAUCHFUSS; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. ANGELINA M. COLONNESO as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 15th day of May, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK G, OLD GROVE AT GREENFIELD PLANTATION, PHASE IIIB, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGES 9 THROUGH 14, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
