NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 22, 2018, and entered in Case No. 53-2017-CA-002835 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association as Indenture Trustee for Springleaf Mortgage Loan Trust 2013-2, Mortgage-Backed Notes, Series 2013-2, is the Plaintiff and Deborah L. Riddley, Willis A. Riddley, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 8th day of May, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
