NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 23, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2016CA004208000000, of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE RMAC TRUST, SERIES 2016-CTT is Plaintiff and COLIN J. CHAMBERS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF COLIN J. CHAMBERS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; BAHAMA BAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF COURTS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA; are defendants. STACY M. BUTTERFIELD, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.POLK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 8th day of May, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 18206, BAHAMA BAY PHASE 18, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5169, PAGE 1306, AND AL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.1-21.5.
