NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 27, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2017CA001313CAAXES, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE F/B/O HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST 2005-10, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-10 is Plaintiff and TIMOTHY C. GRABER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TIMOTHY C. GRABER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR PULTE MORTGAGE, LLC, ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS; THE BAY AT CYPRESS CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; CYPRESS CREEK NORTH OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. PAULA S. O'NEIL, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 8th day of May, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 9, BAY AT CYPRESS CREEK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGES 132 THROUGH 139, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
