NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 11th day of April, 2018, and entered in Case No. 51-2015-CA-000410-ES -, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR REGISTERED HOLDERS OF FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-FF2 is the Plaintiff and HAROLD BORZA, II; STEPHEN J. BORZA A/K/A STEPHEN JOHN BORZA; VICTOR MARTIN; ELAINE MARTIN; KAREN B. RUSSO A/K/A KAREN BETH RUSSO; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF HAROLD BORZA, SR; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JENNIE AGNUS BORZA A/K/A JENNIE AGNUS ZOKOSKY A/K/A JENNIE ZOKOSKY BORZA; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. PAULA S. O'NEIL as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 14th day of May, 2018, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 209 OF THE UNRECORDED PLAT OF LEISURE HILLS SUBDIVISION, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH, RANGE 18, EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA LESS THE NORTHERN 25 FEET AND THE EASTERN 25 FEET THEREOF FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
