NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 9, 2018, and entered in Case No. 16-908-CA of the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein VANDERBILT BEACH & HARBOUR CLUB ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF MARION E. NEUFFER and DAVID NEUFFER ET AL., are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: In the Lobby on the 3rd Floor, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, the Clerk's street address for auctions, at 11:00 AM, on the 10 day of MAY, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit Week 45 in Condominium Parcel 305V together with an undivided interest in the common elements of Vanderbilt Beach & Harbour Club, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 968 at Pages 1096 through 1190, inclusive. First Amended recorded in Official Records Book 986 at Pages 1016 through 1032, inclusive and Second Amendment recorded in Official Records Book 1033 at pages 1483 through 1510, inclusive and Third Amendment recorded in Official Records Book 1058 at Pages 501 through 528, inclusive and Fourth Amendment recorded in Official Records Book 1070 at Pages 685 through 693, inclusive, all of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
