NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order granting Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated April 10, 2018, entered in Case No. 51-2015-CA-000312WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Jackie Henderson A/K/A Jacqueline M Henderson; Mark Henderson A/K/A Mark A Henderson are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 16th day of May, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, VISTA-DEL-MAR, UNIT 2, BLOCK H-PARTIAL REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 65, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
