NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 11, 2018, entered in Civil Case No.: 2008CA006878CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR HSI ASSET SECURITIZATION CORPORATION TRUST 2005-NC2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-NC2, Plaintiff, and JONATHAN WHITLATCH; NEW CENTURY MORTGAGE CORPORATION; JANE DOE NKA FELICIA MARSHALL, are Defendants.
PAULA S. O'NEIL, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 16th day of May, 2018, the following described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 1583, FOREST HILLS UNIT NO 25, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 60, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
