Successor by Merger to Wachovia Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Joann Stange AKA Jo Ann Stange, Unknown Tenants/Owners, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 10 day of May, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
