NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 7th, 2018, and entered in Case No. 11-2013-CA-000490 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Patricia Feld, Bridgewater Bay Property Owner's Association, Inc., Caneel Bay at Bridgewater Bay Neighborhood Association, Inc., are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 10th day of May, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 20, BLOCK C, BRIDGEWATER BAY, UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 98, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
