NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 13, 2010, entered in Case No. 09-CA-055122 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank (NA) is the Plaintiff and Robert E Kelley; The Unknown Spouse Of Robert E. Kelley; Deborah E Kelley; The Unknown Spouse Of Deborah E. Kelley; Theresa Kelley; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest As Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; State Of Florida; Lee County Clerk Of The Circuit Court; Beneficial Florida, Inc.; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the May 11, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 51, WESTERN ACRES, FIRST ADDITION, AN UNRECORDED SUBDIVISION AS IS DESCRIBED BY THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 767, PAGE 161, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
