NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated APR 12, 2018, and entered in Case No. 17-CA-000438 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF DAVID D. CURTIS, SR. A/K/A DAVID D. CURTIS A/K/A DAVID DOUGLAS CURTIS, DECEASED, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 14 day of May, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 4, Block C, BAYSHORE PINES SUBDIVISION, a Subdivision according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in Plat Book 16, Page 73, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
