NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Release Third Party Deposit and Reschedule the Foreclosure Sale Date entered in Civil Case No. 15-CA-008011 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and MCCREARY, CRISTINA, et al, are Defendants. The clerk PAT FRANK shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Hillsborough County On Line Public Auction website: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on May 10, 2018, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida as set forth in said Uniform In REM Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
