McPhail, deceased, File Number 2018 CP, by the Circuit Court for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is P.O. Box 1110, Tampa, FL 33601; that the decedent's date of death was March 16, 2017; that the total value of the estate is $40,000.00 and that the names and addresses of those to whom it has been assigned by such order are:
