NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment entered on April 3, 2018, in Case No. 17-CC-032534 of the County Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which RIFFAT HASAN, CLINT SWAIN, NICOLE SMITH, and unknown tenants, if any, are the Defendants and JOEL COURT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, the Clerk of the Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically online at the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on May 18, 2018, at 10:00 A.M., the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment:
UNIT 2 OF JOEL COURT, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 7367, PAGE 961, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
Publication of this Notice will occur prior to the sale for at least two consecutive weeks ending at least 5 days before the sale in the Business Observer.
