NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 13, 2017, and entered in 15-CA-000898 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF G. JEAN BEACH, DECEASED; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; DOUGLAS EARNS are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on May 21, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 29, ADAMO ACRES, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 86, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT A POINT MARKING THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SAID LOT 8 AND RUN THENCE WESTERLY ALONG THE SOUTH BOUNDARY THEREOF, 4.00 FEET; THENCE NORTHEASTERLY, 5.63 FEET TO A POINT ON THE EAST BOUNDARY OF THE SAID LOT 8; THENCE SOUTHERLY ALONG THE SAID EAST BOUNDARY OF LOT 8, 4.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
