NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 1, 2018, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-001803 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, As Trustee For Banc Of America Funding Corporation Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-7, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Rosalee A. Wolfenbarger, deceased; Laurie Wolfenbarger; Laurie Wolfenbarger, as Successor Co-Trustee Of The Rosalee A. Wolfenbarger Inter Vivos Trust Agreement Dated January 16, 1976; Rose Marie Wolfenbarger, as Successor Co-Trustee of The Rosalee Wolfenbarger Inter Vivos Trust Agreement Dated January 16, 1976; Rose Marie Wolfenbarger a/k/a Rose M. Wolfenbarger, as a Beneficiary of the Rosalee A. Wolfenbarger Trust dated January 16, 1976; Daniel David Wolfenbarger a/k/a Daniel D. Wolfenbarger, as a Beneficiary of the Rosalee A.
