Pinellas County Schools Announces Public Board Meetings To Which All Persons are Invited

DATE AND TIME: Tuesday, April 24, 2018, Immediately Following School Board Meeting that Begins at 5:00 p.m.
PURPOSE: Closed Attorney-Client Session Pursuant to Section 286.011(8), F.S., to discuss strategic issues regarding litigation expenditures in connection with the following pending litigation to which the School Board is a party: The School Board of Alachua County, et al. v. Florida Dept.
of Education, et al., Case No. 2017 CA 002158, 2nd Jud. Cir., Leon County, Florida. In addition to the statutorily required certified court reporter, whose name will be an nounced at the commencement of the session, the persons who will be attending the session are as follows: Board Members Rene Flowers, Chairperson; Peggy O'Shea, Vice Chairperson; Carol Cook; Terry Krassner; Joanne Lentino;
Linda Lerner; and Eileen Long; Michael Grego, Ed.D., Su perintendent, and David Koperski, School Board Attorney.
