TO: All parties claiming an interest by, through under or against Defendant, SIK HING LI, whose current address is unknown and whose last known address is Suite 2A, Union Mansion, 33-35 Chatham Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the City of Tarpon Springs has filed its complaint in the above-named court to foreclose on its Code Enforcement Board Lien on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Lot 4, Gulf Estates, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 111, Pages 71 and 72, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 1717 Mandalay Drive, Tarpon Springs, Florida
Parcel No.: 10-27-15-34135-000-0040
Total amount due on the lien: $57,233.00 as of April 10, 2018.
In addition to the amounts set in the foregoing schedule, interest and penalties, as provided by law, on such delinquent liens, together with a proportionate part of the costs and expenses of this suit, are sought to be enforced and foreclosed in this suit.
You are hereby notified to appear and make your defenses to said complaint on or before the 21st day of May, 2018 (four weeks from date of publication), and if you fail to do so on or before said date the complaint will be taken as confessed by you and you will be barred from thereafter contesting said suit, and said respective parcels of land will be sold by decree of said court for non-payment of said lien and interest and penalties thereon and the costs of this suit.
