NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court, Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the following property described as:
Leasehold interest created by Condominium Lease Agreement recorded in O.R. Book 3457, page 275, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, as the same pertains to:
