TOGETHER WITH THE LAND LYING BETWEEN THE WESTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 15 AND THE WATERS OF BOCA CIEGA BAY AND LYING BETWEEN THE NORTHERLY AND SOUTHERLY LOT LINE AS EXTENDED WESTERLY TO THE MEAN HIGH WATER LINE.
