NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 12, 2018, and entered in Case No. 17-005293-CI (13) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit, in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, where in BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, is the Plaintiff and VERMELL WILLIAMS, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court shall offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash on JUNE 5, 2018, at 10:00 A.M., at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com , the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in PINELLAS County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 4, Block 7, WESTMINSTER PLACE, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 59, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTIFYING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
