Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-captioned action, I will sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on Wednesday, May 9, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. at www.pinellas.realforeclosure.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property, Pinellas County, Florida, as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 68 and the East 1/2 of Lot 69, VINSETTA PARK ANNEX, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 29, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
