NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an order dated the 16th day of February, entered in the above captioned action, Case No. 2015-CA-008268-O, the Orange County Clerk of the Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at public sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on May 21, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK G, EAST VIEW PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK G, PAGE 89, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
