YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title and determine beneficiaries concerning real property located in Charlotte County, Florida, which has a physical address of 451 Anderson Street, Punta Gorda, Florida 33950, and is described as follows:
A portion of Government Lot No. 3, Section 5, Township 41 South, Range 23 East, more particularly described as follows: Begin at the Southeast corner of said Government Lot No. 3 and run West on the South line of Government Lot No. 3, a distance of 434 feet; thence North and parallel to the East line of said Government Lot No. 3, a distance of 48.37 feet to the North right-of-way of U.S. Highway No. 17; thence Westerly along the right-of-way of said U.S. Highway No. 17, 198.37 feet to a point which is 41.62 feet North of the South line of said Government Lot No. 3; thence North parallel to the East boundary of said Government Lot No. 3, 260 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence East 100 feet to a point; thence North 90 feet to a point; thence West 100 feet to a point; thence South 90 feet to the Point of Beginning.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the Plaintiff's Attorney, David L. Boyette, Esquire, whose address is Adams and Reese LLP, 1515 Ringling Boulevard, Suite 700, Sarasota, Florida 34236 on or before 5-30-18, or within thirty (30) days after first publication of the notice and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Amended Complaint to Quiet Title and Determine Beneficiaries.
