HOUSER; SUE ANN HOUSER; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR GMAC MORTGAGE CORPORATION DBA DITECH.COM; CITY OF PALMETTO, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on May 16, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
