NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 16, 2018, and entered in Case No. 41 2016CA004001AX, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is Plaintiff and LYANNE LY; CHRISTOPHER NGUYEN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CREEKSIDE OAKS AT MANATEE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. ANGELINA (ANGEL) COLONNESO, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 22nd day of May, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 34, CREEKSIDE OAKS, PHASE I, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 41 THROUGH 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
