U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR RESIDENTIAL ASSET MORTGAGE PRODUCTS, INC., MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-EFC2, is Plaintiff and TARI ADDISON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TARI ADDISON NKA JEFFREY ADDISON; JEFFREY ADDISON; CALABAY PARC HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are defendants. Stacy Butterfield, Clerk of Circuit Court for POLK, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 22ND day of MAY, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 70, OF CALABAY PARC, UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 113 AT PAGE 26-27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
