NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF BARBARA GALE CAPPS A/K/A BARBARA G. CAPPS; WINTER RIDGE CONDOMINIUM HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; ALFRED PERRY; ALICE KEEN are the Defendant(s).
