SWEAT A/K/A CLAYTON SWEAT A/K/A CLAYTON LEE SWEAT; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES, LLC are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on June 05, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
