NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 13, 2018, and entered in Case No. 11-2017-CA-001889 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust, is the Plaintiff and Jennifer Lisek a/k/a Jennifer R. Lisek, Richard Lisek, Jr., Fairway Preserve at Olde Cypress Condominium Association, Inc., ET AL., are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 17 day of May, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 236, FAIRWAY PRESERVE AT OLDE CYPRESS, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3866, PAGES 4006 THROUGH 4127, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
