YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for reformation of an assignment of proprietary lease, for declaratory judgment, to quiet title, and for determination of beneficiaries involving real property in Sarasota County, Florida, with a physical address of 2219 Palazza Drive, Sarasota, Florida 34238, described as follows:
Unit #83 of VENETIAN ESTATES, A COOPERATIVE, according to Exhibit “B” (Plot Plan) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease recorded in Official Records Book 2076, pages 712 through 741, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the Plaintiffs' Attorney David L. Boyette, Esquire, whose address is Adams and Reese LLP, 1515 Ringling Boulevard, Suite 700, Sarasota, Florida 34236 on or before May 28, 2018 or within thirty (30) days after first publication of the notice and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court either before service on Plaintiffs' attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in Verified Complaint.
