YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you to foreclose a Claim of Lien on the following described property:
Unit 17, Building 22, VINTAGE GRAND CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official records Instrument #2005281688, and amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to Plaintiff's attorney, Kelly M. Fernandez, Esq., Persson & Cohen, P.A., 6853 Energy Ct., Lakewood Ranch, Florida 34240 on or before thirty (30) days from the first date of publication, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
