NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on April 16, 2018 and entered in Case No. 2018-CA-000429 in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit and in Sarasota, County, Florida, wherein JOTANOMA, LLC, A NEVADA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com On May 21, 2018 at 9:00 AM, following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 8 AND 9, BLOCK G, BROOKSIDE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 195, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
And commonly known as 2640 Arnold Street Sarasota, FL 34231.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
