NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling the foreclosure sale filed the 23rd day of April, 2018, entered in the above captioned action, Case No. 2013 CA 004188 NC, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.sarasota. realforeclose.com, on May 30, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 Days after the sale.
