NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Case No. 17-CA-002999 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Ameriquest Mortgage Securities Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-R2 is the Plaintiff and Esteban Rosado; Gloria M. Rosado and The City of Cape Coral, Florida are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the May 14, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 33 AND 34, BLOCK 3306, UNIT 66, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 2 THROUGH 26, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
