NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 18, 2018, and entered in 16-CA-003468 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR FIRST HORIZON ALTERNATIVE MORTGAGE SECURITIES TRUST 2006-AA3 is the Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER G NOBLET A/K/A CHRIS NOBLET; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTOPHER G NOBLET A/K/A CHRIS NOBLET; BUSEY BANK, NA are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on August 16, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
