NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 16, 2018 in Civil Case No. 13-001083-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and MICHAEL B. CICHON A/K/A MICHAEL BRIAN CICHON, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court KEN BURKE, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 23rd day of May, 2018 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 74, Sirmons Orange Blossom Heights, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 40, Page 52 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
TOGETHER WITH: That part of Lot 9, ELDE ORO Lake Estates, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 76, Page 32, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, being described as follows: From the Northeast corner of Lot 9, ELDE ORO Lake Estates Subdivision, Plat Book 76, Page 32, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, proceed thence South 0028`34” West, 388.0 feet to a point on the East boundary of said subdivision, also being the Northwest corner of Lot 74, Sirmon`s Orange Blossom Heights, as recorded in Plat Book 40, Page 52, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, as a point of beginning; thence continue South 0028`34” West 70.0 feet along the East boundary of ELDE ORO Lake Estates Subdivision to the Southwest corner of said Lot 74; thence run North 8013`10” West 102.43 feet; thence run North 0046`50” East 70.00 feet; thence run South 8913`10” East, 102.06 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
