The ancillary administration of the Estate of GERARD PETER LAPOINTE aka GERARD PETER LAPOINTE, JR., deceased, is pending in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida 33756. The estate is testate and the date of the decedent's Will is March 27, 2015.
The names and addresses of the Ancillary Personal Representative and the Ancillary Personal Representative's attorney are set forth below. The fiduciary lawyer-client privilege in Florida Statutes 90.5021 applies with respect to the Ancillary Personal Representative and any attorney employed by the Ancillary Personal Representative.
Any interested person as defined in Florida Statutes 731.201(23) on whom a copy of the Notice of Ancillary Administration is served must object to the qualifications of the Ancillary Personal Representative, venue, or jurisdiction of the Court and must file any objection with the Court in the manner provided in Florida Probate Rules and Florida Statutes 733.212 WITHIN THREE (3) MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THE NOTICE ON THE OBJECTING PERSON, OR THOSE OBJECTIONS ARE FOREVER BARRED.
Any person entitled to exempt property must file a Petition for Determination of Exempt Property WITHIN THE TIME PRESCRIBED BY FLORIDA STATUTES 733.212 OR THE RIGHT TO EXEMPT PROPERTY IS DEEMED WAIVED.
Any person entitled to an elective share must file an election to take elective share WITHIN THE TIME PRESCRIBED BY FLORIDA STATUTES 733.212.
