U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF MARCH 1, 2007, GSAMP TRUST 2007-HE2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HE2, is Plaintiff and ROBERT FARRELL A/K/A ROBERT THOMAS FARRELL A/K/A ROBERT T. FARRELL; KATHLEEN ELIZABETH KRAUSE; PEPPERTREE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Circuit Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 23RD day of MAY, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 108, PEPPERTREE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 5086, PAGE(S) 615-665, INCLUSIVE, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE(S) 16-19, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
