NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 16, 2018, entered in Civil Case No.: 16-004585- CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PROF-2013- S3 LEGAL TITLE TRUST II, BY U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS LEGAL TITLE TRUSTEE, Plaintiff, and CAESAR L. VAN ARDOY III A/K/A CAESAR LEWIS VANARDOY; LORI VANARDOY A/K/A LORI A. VAN ARDOY A/K/A LORI ANN GIGIKOS; UNITED GUARANTY RESIDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF NORTH CAROLINA; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A PAUL MONSON; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #2 N/K/A DEAN CHIGGAROS, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 20th day of June, 2018, the following described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 5 OF JAN-CORY SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
