In accordance with section 733.816, Florida Statutes, notice is hereby given that JOHN SKARVELIS as Personal Representative for the Estate of CHRISTINA SKARVELIS SIMPSON Deceased, has deposited with the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the Sixth Judicial Circuit for the State of Florida, the sum of $31,286.83, representing the unclaimed funds which cannot be distributed or paid to the lawful owner because of inability to find him or her or because no lawful owner is known.
Said funds will be held for a period of six months from the date of this posting or date of first publication and upon the expiration of this time period, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will deposit funds with the State Treasurer following deduction of statutory fees and costs of publication.
