Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on April 20, 2018, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:

County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on May 24, 2018 at 10:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
